10.0Atendimento cordial e resolução de problemas de modo extremamente rápido. No dia do passeio para Alcântara, nos possibilitaram tomar o café um pouco antes do horário. Limpeza, chuveiro, conforto e tamanho do quarto, excelentes. Ficamos no 301, terceiro andar. Ar condicionado silencioso e em ótimo funcionamento. Boa localização a poucos metros da praia do Coalho, próximo à muitos restaurantes da av litorânea e comércio na rua dos holandeses. Tudo próximo e tranquilidade chegar. Piscina limpa e agradável. Parabéns.

− Recepção do Moisés não foi interessante e por ter que deixar as malas na recepção um pouco antes do check in, senti um desconforto e tratamento diferente do que esperava, os demais foram super acolhedores.
