6.0В отеле чисто, очень вежливый персонал и на ресепшн и в ресторане при отеле. Хороший завтрак- горячее блюдо готовят по заказу при вас. Но, отель достаточно далеко от центра, удобнее добираться на такси ( из центра примерно 150 руб). У нас был стандартный номер-маленький, практически непроветриваемый, спать в нем было невозможно- слышимость хлопающей двери на лестницу была , как будто кто-то постоянно входил и выходил в наш номер.

4.0logo no check in não tivemos uma boa impressão, pois as atendentes foram extremamente mal educadas e grossas, ficaram o tempo todo xingando a gente. Localização ruim, nada nas proximidades. Porém, ficamos neste hotel por oferecer serviço gratuito de transfer para o aeroporto. Estávamos em 3 casais, 3 quartos. Quando pedimos o transfer, e avisamos que estávamos com muitas malas, chamaram apenas 2 táxis e não cabíamos todos. Ao argumentar isso com a atendente do hotel, ela fez uma cara horrível, xingou e chamou outro táxi, mas disse que chegaria em 15 minutos. Como não podíamos esperar, nos apertamos nos dois carros com as malas. Péssimo atendimento!!! Recepcionista mal humorada, ficou fazendo cara ruim. Detestamos!!! Não recomendo para ninguém. A única coisa que ajudou foi que os quartos eram grandes e espaçosos.

8.0La struttura è stata rinnovata e si vede, Il personale,che purtroppo non parla altre lingue se non il russo, veramente cortese e disponibile, Ci hanno organizzato (assolutamente gratis), il trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto. La colazione, forse, l'unico neo per noi europei dell'ovest. Molto cibo salato (niente da dire sulle quantità) ma totale assenza di cibo dolce. Nel complesso un soggiorno molto buono!

8.0Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant "La Casa" war sehr gut. Die Umgebung (Kirower Bezirk) ist eher industriell geprägt - aber wir haben das gewusst und in Kauf genommen. Das Hotel selbst war gut . keine Beanstandungen, das Frühstück war gut, das Personal für russische Verhältnisse freundlich.
