− 夜間空調が、停止して送風になって、暑くて夜中に起きてしまった。朝5時からまた空調が、作動した。

3.0Kinnugawa en tant que tel est un très beau coin qui vaut le détour, malgré tout les bâtiments abandonné. Le bain avec eau de source thermale dans la chambre était très relaxant.
− L'hotel semble à demi abandonné et vieux, tout est sombre partout comme si on avait coupé dans les ampoules pour sauver de l'argent. Le plafond avait une corniche qui n'était pas dépoussiérée, et il y avait de la moisissure ou des algues sur le rideau de la salle de bain. Il n'y avait aucun control de la climatisation dans la chambre et il faisait beaucoup trop chaud. Avec l'humidité produite par le bain, et les oreillers lourds et chaud, j'ai été incapable de dormir de la nuit. Aucun Wi-fi dans les chambres. La nourriture au buffet du soir n'était pas assez chaude, le shabu shabu était fade, et la nourriture du buffet matin était en général immangeable. Je ne recommande pas l'établissement.

2.0建物は古いが、ロケーションは最高！鷹が別のホテルのベランダに止まっていて奇跡をみた！朝食の鮭は絶品でした。
− 基本的にビジネスファーストが目立つ．自動販売機のビールの値段は2倍．サウナの床は抜けていて浴場の天井．硝子の掃除が出来てない．部屋の掃除も行き届いてないし．スタッフの８割が外人だが教育が出来てないから可哀想です

9.0This is one of the surviving big onsen (thermal bath) hotels in the Kinugawa area. It shows its age a bit but the onsen bath itself is wonderful, as is the private onsen that is a few minutes walk away. The dinner and breakfast are both buffets with plenty of variety.
Good to know
Guests with tattoos are only permitted to use the private baths available at an additional charge.
To ensure the dinner is served, please check in before 18:00. If checked in later than 18:00, the hotel cannot guarantee to keep dinner for the guests.
