− Wat me erg tegen viel..ik heb rugklachten en kan moeilijk traplopen ..de lift was kapot en moest naar 8 ste etage met de trap omdat de lift stuk was ..was niet gemeld of dat het ergens stond...erg jammer moet nu weer week met extra pijn rond lopen wat niet had gehoeven...als ik dit had geweten had ik het niet geboekt...erg jammer dit!!!
