10.0This is the third stay at the Jervois and each time it has been excellent. Very comfortable room with everything needed for your time in HK. Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms with friendly & helpful staff. Location is also great for everything you want to get from your trip

8.0I booked because they said it was 700 Sq Dr It wasn’t close more like 550 sq ft. Not good as room was smaller than advertised Management said that’s how HK hotels measure size ha Anyway I was very disappointed that the excuse was pretty poor. Although nice the extra space was needed and not received

6.0The stay was alright, our room was on the 6th floor, the location is very convenient with 7 eleven right in front (You can load octopus card there). Money changer is also within 3-4 walking distance. The room was very spacious & air conditioning was great. The only thing is every time my husband & I sat on the couch, we would get itchy and bug bites would start forming on our legs. I don’t think they clean the couch often, I would suggest check the couch on the 6th floor & have it disinfected..

6.0Priced high for what you get. Not in the best part of town, room is clean but a little worn. No lobby or common areas. Staff is nice, but limited in what they can offer. Single room per floor.
