− Air conditioning was loud in the bedroom and not working in the living room
Great location, decent price, a few updates needed
5.0Great location. Reasonable price particularly for the suite. Awesome to have an efficiency kitchen. Decent spread for breakfast but nothing if you have a dairy allergy and very little if you don't eat meat or are vegan. It is loud with the constant ambulances.
− The toaster was broken. It was not the cleanest, with peeling and cracking paint and rusty fixtures in the bathroom. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom but we could hear directly in to the room next to us through what should've been the exhaust fan. Lighting was really dark - no major overhead lighting. Having the window blinds open made it like 10 degrees hotter. The gym didn't have everything that was pictured. The elevators were so slow sometimes waiting 15-20 minutes when it was busier. Housekeeping only came once in 8 days and when we left trash out in front of our door, no one ever came to get it. The one time they did come, they left a pile of laundry in our living room that may or may not have been dirty but definitely an extra set.

10.0La localidad es excelente, está cerca de muchas atracciones muy hermosas, que se puede llegar caminando y cerca de paradas de transporte público. El desayuno estaba rico y las habitaciones muy cómodas.
− El aire acondicionado no nos funcionó correctamente y se generó una fuga de agua, aunque vino personal de mantenimiento para arreglarlo. El asensor si dura bastante en llegar entonces es mejor salir con tiempo para esperar el asensor.

10.0− We had two rooms. One was fine but the other room had many problems with the air conditioning. Even after being changed to another room, the new room also had problems with the air conditioning.

Although all the amenities wasn’t available the hotel/location was well worth a lifetime of memories

− The hotel should have refunded or credited for the poor condition of the gym and pool area as it was advised at the time of booking that the pool was out of order.
