Great front desk
10.0Hotel itself is nicely positioned with super pool and directly on the beach. Breakfast is very good ,everything clean,staff hard working. Service is very good and front desk- reception super professional, efficient and nice. Special thanks to Annie and Pui, Al, Nikky. Only minus is room cleaning on third floor- left side,close to the beach.
Small rooms but hotel nice and clean
8.0We recently stayed for 14 days at this hotel. We had upgraded our room to pool side 4101 and we were so glad we did. Even with upgrade it was still really small with no place to store your luggage. No bathrobes or slippers even on our room which was a shock. I also asked to borrow a bottle opener but was told they do not have. Really? In a hotel? We noticed that the first couple of days the rooms were cleaned to a high standard but then they were just flitted over hurriedly. On several occasions I had to ring down as we had only been left one towel or no bottled water whatsoever! The biggest pull of all was the beach, this was magnificent and the best spot along that coastline. Overall it’s a great hotel but if you like a big room then it’s not for you.
Wonderful stay at Ozo chaweng beach
10.0Stunning location , best part of Chaweng beach beautifully clean. Staff pleasant and helpful . Pool area is large and opens out directly onto the ocean. Our 2nd visit here, and will be returning
customer service at this hotel was very poor
2.0The hotel’s customer service is not good. The staff were impatient and not helpful at all. I had a very unpleasant experience, and I will not return to this hotel.

10.0Very kind and helpful staff, I really loved my stay. The buffet doesn’t have too many varieties, but there is plenty of food and everything is good. The fruits were excellent, fresh and local. Jet ski right in front of the hotel and beach volleyball were great. Overall, a top experience at OZO Chaweng.
Hotel bar not open when we back for a night cap
6.0Went back to the hotel for a nightcap hotel bar was closed at 10.30 when we got back not very good wont be back here,every bar was open exept this one
