The hotel was nice, breakfasr was decent, rooms were dated.

− We stayed three nights. The first room was noisy, second night they moved us to a smaller room which was a little more quiet. But the bed was smaller and the room was small. Third night it was definitely more quiet, but it reflected on the charges. We paid more for that room.

9.0Superb location;, close to everywhere two blocks from Sto Domingo and walking distance to the Cathedral. Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Great breakfast!! Excellent service for the price. It has a nice touch or modern construction combined with an an old building. Super clean. Family oriented.
− No amenities in the pool area, such as TV, bar, etc. Swimming pool does not have easy access for handicapped people or elders.

− Las almohadas son incomodas y el ruido de la calle Alcalá puede llegar a ser un poco molesto, porque pasan las calendas muy seguido

− Las Sábanas sucias las toallas percudidas, cortinas rotas y viejas, en general muy mal mantenido me bañé todos los días con muy poquita agua y tibia Les dije al personal pero pues ellos no pudieron resolver a pesar de su disposición
