10.0The hotel was a great stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped arrange a boat and transportation to and from the airport. They spoke great English and gave us good recommendations about spots to eat around the hotel as well as coffee.

Lovely stay and staff
10.0We had a lovely stay in Hanoi. Heart of a very busy old quarter but a relaxing and welcoming hotel. Excellent food . Service was brilliant, especially June, and went above and beyond on one of our party’s birthdays. Hotel was nicely decorated and had everything needed. 10/10.
