Not the an enjoyable experience overall with some relief on the final evening.
1.0The location was nice and central which was a plus.
− The room, apart from being cramped had a smell emanating from it which was reminiscent of a chain smoker that spent months in that room. We were given a cleaner room to stay in on our last night, sadly after we had to stay in the first room for two nights.

− The lighting in the bedroom was terrible - only an overhead light or a mirror light over the desk. Really should have reading lights next to the bed. Also the TV in my husband's room didn't work but it was too late to complain when we realised.

9.0Comfortable bed, TV very helpful reception team. Great location bus outside to London bridge Waterloo, tottenham Victoria overground 5 mins away. Liverpool street station 5 mins bus 15 walk. Great transportation links. Bars and clubs near, if that's your thing.
− Its London so can be noisy bring ear plugs which I always do. Nothing else really to complain about.
