10.0The service here was otustanding! From the check in process to the constant helpful and cheerful interactions. I can't recommend this hotel more. I only wish other 5 star hotels would hold themselves to this standard. The best experience I have had in a long time.

10.0My 2d time staying here. The best customer service. Great location for food options, pharmacy and grocer is open 24 hrs steps away from the hotel. I love the shopping options in the hotel as well. Great place to stay in Dubai
