8.0Заезд оказался не самым удачным. Я забронировала проживание на сайте с указанием что будет 2 взрослых и 1 ребёнок и сразу оплатила. При регистрации меня попросили оплатить проживание. Хотя оно уже было оплачено. Хорошо что с собой были распечатаны документы о бронировании и оплате. Хотя девушка утверждала что я не могла оплатить, т.к. в из отеле платят при заезде. После вопрос решился. При заселении в номер выяснилось что постельные и душевые принадлежности только на двух человек. Ни запасной подушки, ни одеяла. Позже конечно всё принесли. Заезд к отелю не очень хороший, т.к. Возле отеля огромные дыры в асфальте. Очень тяжело было везти чемодан. Но в общием отель хороший. В центре города и пешей доступности до набережной. Уборка ежедневная и смена полотенец. Всё чисто и аккуратно.

10.0I mostly was satisfied with the services of the hotel. The staffs were very kind to me and the room was tidy. But I wasn't satisfied with some facilities like a shower, an air conditioner and a light. These items were hardly functional. I couldn't take a shower with warm water. This is what I want the hotel to resolve. Thanks for all staffs!

6.0I stayed for 5 nights and could compare with another hotel near the centre of Vladivostok. Location is perfect enough, the room I stayed was not much satisfaction because of a heating system. It was chilly on the floor and Hot water from shower wasn't stable. It was sightly given unpleasant time. But Staff there were nice!

10.0전반적으로 침실이 깔끔하고 주변 관광지 방문하기에 좋았습니다. 가성비 좋았습니다. 다만 한가지 단점을 꼽는다면 침대가 너무 푹신했던 것입니다. 그라고 물 냄새 난다고했는데 그 부분은 저희 친구들 뿐만 아니라 저도 잘 못느꼈습니다. 전 만족합니다.

4.0화장실 뉌세이 안습. 더블침대의 침구류 등은 나쁘지 않았으나 요청한 엑스트라베드는 삐걱거리는 스프링 달린 작은 구유 같았음. 그래도 그런것 개의치 않고 잠만 잔다면 저렴한 특가는 메리트.
