Trash we will not be back!
1.0No pool was down for "cleaning maintenance" beds were extremely uncomfortable. The door to the room didn't want to open without body slamming it to open and to close. Room 211 was absolute garbage and it was probably the last time we will be staying at the hotel.
− Pool was down and didn't get told until after checking in. The hottub is permanently closed also.That was one of the main reasons why we stayed at Brookings inn. Beds were hard as a rock,pillows were trash and the blankets smelt like they haven't been washed in weeks.
Won’t book with them again
1.0The pool did not work and Han not for quite some time. The check in time was an hour later than stated. And we were told to move our vehicle out of an empty parking lot because they have someone arriving to check in. But… we couldn’t check in yet and there was plenty of parking spaces.

5.0− Pool out of service (July 22, 2026); it appeared to have been that way for quite some time. Internet connection virtually non-existent. Nothing was done about it even after we asked. Service was abysmal as a result. Mattresses were completely worn out.
Great choice!!
9.0Location is great, close to everything, and on a main road. Great value for price! Very comfortable mattress. Staff was very friendly and helpful, facilities were clean and well stocked.
− Parking lot by the pool is a bit weird. But not a big deal
