10.0− En la habitación no encuentras agua de cortesía, no hay estaciones de agua, hielo o café en el hotel. Tienen solo un vending machine para agua, y cositas en paquetes

En general un hotel aceptable.
7.0Lo que más me gustó fue la atención del personal, especialmente en el bar y la recepción. La ubicación también es muy buena. Habitación cómoda y limpia.
− A las áreas públicas les hace falta mantenimiento. Techos con moho y humedad al igual que las instalaciones de la piscina con óxido y descuidadas. La calidad de los platos no es la mejor relacionada con su excesivo precio. Y me uno al comentario de muchos: TRM del día que llegamos 3,245 y cobraron la TRM del hotel de 3,900. Realmente una falta de respeto. Había otra persona haciendo check in que también se molestó bastante con este cobro. La respuesta por parte del hotel es que esa era la TRM del día, lo cual no es cierto.
