10.0La camera era pulita, lo staff era gentile e la colazione aveva una grande scelta, soprattutto tra il dolce. La posizopne è molto comoda per raggiungere in 10 minuti a piedi (c.ca) i canali della città, inoltre il tram passa vicino alla struttura, in modo da raggiungere facilmente i punti cruciali della città.

Overall great experience, staff was very helpful and pleasant.
9.0− Cleaning staff only serviced our room twice and only partially. Bed was not made, and the bathroom not cleaned, fresh towels and coffee had to be retrieved at the front desk.
