8.0The folks were great and I'm glad I met them. The unit was clean and functional. Wifi worked etc. There is free water and coffee downstairs. My room was upstairs and towards the back, so in the room the traffic noise wasn't so bad. Downstairs in the lobby and front area, insufferable. Incredible amount of loud motorcycles and vehicles around the clock on this street, it's relentless. The hotel is near a mall and banks and 7-ll's just BE SURE to get really good directions and have them mapped out on your phone before you head out.

10.0This was a clean facility , has security measures,all essentials were functional, the building to me looked like historical old mansion , I liked it . The area it is located is a typical " barrio or Barangay" that is present around Makati or Manila .
