6.0Expedia and their site says they have free airport shuttle...they do not. Someone needs to update now. Carpets were worn out in the halls. The service and friendlyness of the staff is what makes this hotel worth staying at. Also room was huge.

8.0The room was not limit for non-smoking. However, the smell in the room was pretty ok after requested to remove the smell in advanced. Hotel is quite old but the room was big and clean.

10.0初めて利用しましたが、1日目に泊まった某有名ビジネスホテルと比較すると、部屋が広くて値段も安くて綺麗で最高でした。

6.0The Hotel has a very nice downstairs, lobby, shops, etc. however, the upper floor hallways, carpets etc. were very wore out and dirty. Need some renovating. The room was decent size and clean but the bed was hard and was not that comfortable. I would stay there again but the hotel could use some renovations and new softer beds and pillows.
