1.0Keskeinen sijainti.
− Huone oli todella pieni. WC ja suihku oli käytännössä yksi koppi, jonka osittain läpinäkyvä liukuovi oli koomisesti välittömästi toisen sängyn vieressä eli häiritsevän lähellä. Tämä häiritsi myös yöunia. Helteiden aikana huoneessa oli AIVAN TODELLA HUONO ILMA eikä ilma vaihtunut huoneessa lainkaan. Jopa hotellin käytävässä oli parempi ilma. Tuuletusikkunat sai avattua, mutta ne avautuivat kadulle päin siten, että kadun toiselta puolelta oli suora näkymä suoraan sänkyihin. Kadulla oli myös metelöintiä, joka häiritsi öisin. En mene tähän hotelliin toiste vaikka minulle maksettaisiin. Hintakin oli verrattain aika korkea, kun huoneen tasoa vertaa muuhin tarjontaan.

7.0Technical problems when checkin.
− Technical problems when checkin. It was fully autamted system. Then it must work 120% otherwise you cant enter the hotel.

6.0Very close to Zurich HB station, very central location
− Stuff is not easily accessible, it’s just a budget friendly - stay kinda hotel
Basic needs only.
8.0− Pillows were very small and low. Not good for us old folks. Luggage lift has the advice of " use at your own risk"'. Not comforting advice so we carried our bags up two floors. I assumed that if there was heating there also be cooling. This was wrong on my behalf. Only one small fan a hot days is not fun.
