− I found the staff blunt and rude on check-in. They were not busy. I was the only person checking in at the time. Rooms seemed old and tired.

− There is an issue with BREAKFAST INCLUDED as indicated on your site BUT not available for me. Also happened in April 2026 at Holiday Inn in Kulpsville. Same general location as Courtyard. No house keeping either

3.0The value for the high cost of the rooms was very poor. The sheets did not fit the bed and kept coming off. The room was not cleaned or straightened in a timely manner
− While much less expensive hotels offer breakfast for free, a very basic meal was 50.00 at the Starbucks on site. The staff was friendly but the value very poor.
