10.0This is a really lovely family run hotel in a great location. The pool was clean and our room was comfortable. There were always staff cleaning, maintaining the property and available to help. Kyle was particular helpful. He booked 2 trains for us which I was unable to book using my U.K. credit card. The only area for improvement would be the WiFi. We were told the signal was best by the pool and restaurant, however we found it was very poor everywhere and frequently dropped out. This was frustrating as we were also unable to use data on Airtel. The hotel seems to be in a mobile phone black spot. If you walk a short distance along the road signal is good, however we had monsoon rains while we were staying so this was not always a practical solution. Apart from the WiFi I can’t fault the hotel. Good value for money.

8.0Its a quiet place and well maintained lawns. Enjoyed the swimming pool and restaurant on-site. Short walk to the beach. Would be good for hotel to provide the hair shampoo products to guests.

10.0How to start, the ambience, cleanliness, hospitality, service everything was perfect. This was the best stay I ever had during during my vacations.
