5.0It’s a propert where nothing is operating may be they are closing it as the restaurant were close even for breakfast restaurants were close as occupancy’s is just 10 percent only one restaurant is open seems they must be closing it shortly but staff is very good

9.0酒店管理得很好, 龐大的建築, 亭台樓閣、長廊、庭院都打掃得很乾淨. 優雅的裝修, 寧靜的氣氛, 很有渡假感. 環境優美, 望著綠油油的樹林浸溫泉, 心情極度放鬆. 管家小劉服務很貼心, 招呼週到. 酒店幾家餐廳食物質素都不錯, 自助早餐很豐富, 服務員十分殷勤有禮. Spa: 超凡享受, 無論環境、按摩師技術和力度都是一流. 住了兩晚, 有點意猶不足, 下次再來.

10.0The in room hot spring was a big hit. The swimming pool and hot spring area is lovely. . The dress up and photoshoot was fun for my daughter. Pic quality was awesome. The photographer was very good with my daughter. The hotel in general is very beautiful. The location is isolated from most things, so best to have everything you'll need with you. Staff were very thoughtful and the butler WeChat service was brilliant.
− The sauna/steam room were a bit of a let down. Maybe because it's not peak season. The pet paradise was not as great as we expected, but it was nice to see the animals

10.0This place is absolutely stunning!! Forget Japan come to China. The exchange rate is 5 to 1 for starters. China is clean, safe and this area is beautiful. We have our own hot spring pool on the large balcony with 9 other little pools, peppermint, green tea, red wine etc downstairs overlooking the valley, plus additional large pools. Fabulous food as well

10.0I enjoyed the pool and spa. The room was spacious and well maintained. However, the best thing I appreciated is the kindness of the staff. All staff were nice, but Leo Liu helped me amazingly. He asked me if I needed anything and made sure that I was enjoying the facilities and activities. He made my day. Really appreciated it. Because of him, everything at the hotel went smoothly.
