4.0The stuff is not very friendly. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The air conditioner did not work. I asked the stuff to make it work. First they said that I shall open the window for fresh air. Then they said that I have to walk downstairs and ask for the remote control for a/c. The swimming pool is very small and is open for free only from 7 AM till 11 AM. There are other nicer hotels for the same price with better hours of the pool and sauna.

Заставили прождать около 20 минут, в то время как сами делали ксерокопии всех страниц моего паспорта. Зачем это нужно – объяснить отказались. Понравился скромный аккуратный завтрак в утром в ресторане. В остальном всё хорошо.

10.0Reception had communicable English. The bathroom floor was heated, and the room (room #2 - superior) was very comfortable.

10.0Пользуюсь услугами данного отеля в третий раз. Исключительно для ночевки при проезде транзитом на автомобиле через Ростов. Завтраки хорошие. В номере есть всё необходимое, и даже больше.

4.0The recetionists (all) were not friendly. The shower is not comfortable. I was charged for few hours of early arrival 50% night cost. I was charged for few hours of late check-out (4pm) additional 25% night cost.
