9.0O ponto alto do hotel é, sem dúvidas, o buffet: café da manhã, almoço e jantar são excelentes, bem como os cafés e aperitivos disponíveis ao longo do dia. As acomodações são boas e confortáveis, e as piscinas também são muito . Tudo isso faz com que o hotel atenda todas as necessidades de uma família
− O quarto em que fiquei hospedada tinha apenas uma tomada livre, senti falta de mais tomadas, e esse é um ponto a ser melhorado. Além disso, o isolamento acústico dos quartos não é muito bom, é possível ouvir todo o movimento dos corredores dentro do quarto e muitas vezes o movimento das atividades do térreo (shows, apresentações, atividades da recreação), eu estava no terceiro andar.

8.0O hotel é bem funcional, amplo, e diria que o ponto forte é a cordialidade e atenção dos funcionários e a variedade da parte de alimentação.
− Wi-fi só funcionava bem na recepção, nos quartos e demais áreas não. Acredito que precise de um pouco mais de cuidados com a parte da limpeza geral dos ambientes e do enxoval do quarto (lençóis e toalhas), além da renovação desses itens.
