2.0Fiquei extremamente revoltado com as condições do quarto que me foi dado. Vou mencionar algumas coisas: Quarto com TV caindo a cada 3 min, sem coberta, pouco travesseiro, o banheiro pessimo vaso sanitário solto, pouca toalha se minha esposa lavar o cabelo eu fico sem. A porta interna nem acabamento tem, pouca claridade (horrível para maquiagem), enfim não é pela simplicidade, mas sim pela falta de consideração com o hóspede. Nunca tive uma experiência como essa pelo APP do Hotéis.com Espero que o app não engane com as fotos apresentadas qdo fazemos a reserva. Nesse hotel em Poços, jamais voltaremos!

6.0A estadia foi boa, porem o quarto nao tem cortina black-out entao amanheceu o quarto fica claro, nao tem bloqueio de som vc escuta terrivelmente o som la fora de carros e dos bares que estao na rua da frente e lateral o que é pertubador. A academia estava muito empoeirada e com insetos mortos e teia de aranha para todo lado. O hotel esta em reforma o tobogan que aparece lindo nas fotos esta fechado pois nao tem condiçoes de funcionar devido a ferrugem das escadas. O cafe da manha é bom e simples o almoco também comida é saborosa. A Localização é muito boa bem no miolo perto da praça.

4.0O hotel esta em reforma um barulho de obra que ninguém merece. Os banheiros não possuem sistema de exaustão e nem janelas, ou seja, o cheiro fica pelo quarto. Café da manha muito fraco sem variedade. Deveriam deixar claro durante a reserva que esta em obras e algumas coisas nao estao disponíveis como a piscina aquecida por exemplo

10.0A localização é perfeita, a estrutura do hotel é ótima, muitas opções para as crianças se divertirem. Só acho que deveria melhorar as condições dos banheiros que são bem velhos.
