4.0スタッフは英語がにがてです、部屋のメイクアップは午後からでいつも何か忘れています（アメニティ、ゴミ箱のゴミ捨て、シャンプー、トイレットペーパー）。また、朝、昼、夜とこちらから挨拶しても無視です。ニコリともしません、気分わるいです。フロントの方もフレンドリーではありません。バルコニーあり、確かにありますが、隣のホテルと隣接して景色は見えません。
