10.0We stayed 3 nights in the self catering apartment (B). The apartment is small but very well thought off. Everything you need, is there. The bed is very comfortable and at night it is quiet. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay. Supermarket is near and you have a decent sea sight in the balcony.

Exceptional - a true home away from home
10.0This was our second stay at Villa Rosa, and once again it exceeded all expectations. We stayed in the house this time and couldn’t fault a thing. The service was outstanding. Everyone was warm, genuine, and incredibly attentive. A special thank you to the staff for making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We were also truly grateful for a complimentary upgrade during our extended stay, which made a big difference and showed how guest-focused the team is. Breakfast was consistently delicious and beautifully prepared, with something different to enjoy each morning. The property itself is peaceful, well-maintained, and perfectly located as it was quiet and tucked away, yet close enough to safely walk to everything in Sea Point. Villa Rosa really feels like a home away from home.

10.0A very neat and beautiful property with a warm welcoming staff. The breakfast was super good and delicious. The property is surrounded by many places of attractions such Table Mountain and beaches to explore the beauty of Atlantic Ocean. Our rooms and beddings were changed and prepared daily. The security was forever available and visible to assist us when going in and out of the porperty.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa. All the staff were extremely helpful and kind. As soon as we arrived, they gave us a map and plenty of recommendations for things to do around the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had a small heated rail, which was fantastic for washing and drying our clothes. They also provide beach towels that you can request to take with you when you go out, which was very convenient. Parking is limited, but it is safe to park on the street outside the hotel. If the parking area is full, there is no problem parking nearby. The breakfast was outstanding, with daily variations, freshly cooked for you. The location is excellent—very safe and close to many great places to eat. I highly recommend Villa Rosa, and thank you to everyone for the wonderful service!
