6.0The good: very nice staff. Nice pool and grounds. The not good: maybe we just had a bad room but it small, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room, bathroom, and sheets (linens would be an exaggeration) did not feel clean. The hotel is right on the street noisy and parking is difficult (but parking is difficult in all of Montezuma). Also, the room did not feel secure (easy to break into - and I felt like that was a possibility). Wasn't my favorite stay.

10.0Gabriel was excellent with the communication for our trip, both before and during. The hotel location is excellent, being very close to all the action of Montezuma. Our room was spacious and the pool area is clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend and plan a trip back!

10.0Staying here was great! Everyone was very friendly. Loved seeing the capuchin monkeys daily! Very smart and entertaining. Several excellent restaurants in walking distance, and good shops!
