2.0I would like to start my review with extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Ms. Mona, the receptionist, for her warm welcome and exceptional service. She demonstrated the highest level of courtesy and professionalism, which made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you from the heart, and I wish her continued success and prosperity.” I stayed at this hotel and the experience was quite difficult. To reach the hotel from the taxi drop-off point, you have to walk through very narrow streets, climb many stairs, and go up hills for about 7 to 10 minutes. There is no direct transportation to the hotel, which makes it very inconvenient, especially with luggage. The hotel itself is the smallest I have ever seen, and it was not very clean. The rooms were extremely small and uncomfortable. The staircase was so narrow that I couldn’t even bring my suitcase up to the room. It only fits one person at a time, going up or down. Because of this, I had to leave my suitcase downstairs near the reception, and whenever I needed something, I had to go down, open it in front of everyone, and take my things. The reception area itself was very small and the hotel is extremely old. The area is in an old market with no easy access for cars or taxis, which was a big problem.

10.0When checking in, I get the hotel manger's phone number right away. I can text/call her anytime whenever I have questions. She speaks English fluently so I don't need to worry about the language barrier in Morocco, which troubles me often while I'm traveling there.

10.0Une aubaine en plein coeur de Chefchaouen! Très confortable et mignon comme tout, cet hotel a répondu à nos besoins pour notre unique nuit dans la ville. Le personnel a été accueillant et agréable! Nous y retournerons sans hésitation lors de notre prochaine visite!
