Disappointed with the king studio: freezing night due to poor heating, plus a cockroach in the bathroom.

− We stayed in the king studio and were quite disappointed. The room lacked a heat pump, leaving us with just a single oil heater that wasn't nearly enough to keep us warm on a freezing July night. To make matters worse, we found a cockroach in the bathroom.
