The best uninterrupted stay I’ve ever had. The best staff ever!
10.0The staff, I was late check in, and rung late also, the man(Simon I think his name was) He was so lovely, understanding, even left our key under the mat and turned our heater on which I was super grateful for as it was cold.

10.0Everything!!! Whenever I'm in Tauranga, it is my go to place to stay 😀 and I have never had an issue! It's really nice when you are remembered from previous stays, and have genuine conversations.
