It was disappointing, with all that was wrong.
5.0The staff were very friendly and the pool was nice.
− Room was not very clean, there were cherry seeds on the floor around the edge of the bed and other debri as well. The fitted sheets would not stay on the matress, no elastic and the flat sheet was way oversize hanging on floor. Toliet leaked on floor as well. The outer door on building "c" had to be proped opened as the card reader would not work. Ice machine as well as vending machines were not working.

− They gave my room away after making reservations I reserved a king bed and and had to take a double bed room with my wife and the girl at the front desk said it's not a big deal it's just two beds and they took out the money for the room before I even got there after I selected to pay at check-in
As a hotel it fell short of my usual experiences at other hotels,
5.0Breakfast
− Took 5 trips to get room key that worked, finally maintenance got one out of 2 to work ( room 202) Bathroom door had been previously been ripped off hinges very poor repair, Outside entrance door ( A) to rooms had the lock tore out, anybody could walk in. Road to facility in very poor repair.
Would go back again, but would like to see stronger emphasis on security

− There were several doors propped open throughout the hotel. We had young children and saw several people come through the doors which we were not sure if they were staying and made us a little uneasy.
Not upto the value, its just non smoking inside but outside everyone is smoking

− Parking and hallway was not maintained well
Very very poor. Wouldn’t ever book here again
2.0One nice lady at the counter
− Almost everything. It was dirty. There were stains everywhere, mold under the mini fridge and on the wall. Rust on the lamps. No hot water unless you do the handle a certain way which was unknown till we got maintenance up there. Overall poor experience
