10.0I brought my grandfather to the Royal Oak from Sunday July 19-Wednesday July 22 he stayed in room 128. I want to compliment Paige who’s bartends and is front desk attendant. My grandpa had some struggles with TV as far as the streaming. She was very helpful and accommodating. Thank You to your staffs help. Any of my family will stay there in the future.

− The beds are horridly uncomfortable. There was hair from a previous guest in the bathtub.
Amazing, selfless , lovely place for a short stay
10.0It was very close to Royal Oak so it was really easy to walk in and out to restaurants and bars. When we entered the hotel with four of us staying in one room with two doubles and the staff realised there was a spare room next door was that wasn’t being used that night and they gave it to us for free. I tried to offer a tip and the staff wouldn’t take it. It was generally just the kindness and the niceness of their hearts that they gave us this and for me a hotel that does this is a hotel that really cares about the customers.

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

− Only one chair in room for 2 people. Check in was confusing as I received texts with links but just needed to go to lobby / bar area.

− The location was odd, looked a little sketchier from the outside but once inside it was great.
