Lovely position on the beach but hotel room and staff were disappointing. We expected better value for money
5.0Location and direct access to wide clean beach. Pool area was nice and pool guy was friendly and helpful. Clean facilities.
− Scored 5 to deduct the things that were not so good: We booked a river view room with balcony and envisioned sitting overlooking the river but we had not expected the river to be located the other side of a busy and noisy road Breakfast was very average and despite our special request for gluten free options, no effort was made to accommodate this Staff were indifferent and did not appear to enjoy working at the hotel - (pool man excluded) No a/c areas to sit other than your bedroom Room layout was awkward meaning one of us had to squeeze past the sofa to get into bed

The level of service was truly exceptional—every member of your team was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. It made a significant difference in our overall experience. Our room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, and all the facilities exceeded our expectations. Everything was thoughtfully organized, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay. we booked an excursion, taxi, spa through the hotel services, and it was all flawless

10.0we stayed with our kids. It was very comfortable , with a nice lobby, pool, bar, restaurant, and also an amazing breakfast. Very well located, next to the beach It was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very helpful, to help us plan for extra activities and tours in Hoi An, Danang and Bana Hills

10.0We simply love everything about this place. I had spent so much time to find a lovely place to stay at in Hoi An - not easy. In general difficult in Vietnam - but this is the place. Resort but totally family vibe - all one plan and just lovely. We took one more night and maybe come back again on our journey. We stayed with our two teenager (16&19 years old) and I can only recommend to get a Villa with connection room. They are huge and you are together and still have your privacy.
