Felt like an authentic Japan ski experience because of our gracious hosts and location.

A warm, inviting, clean guesthouse, steps away from the gondola with the most gracious owners ever!
10.0The Pension Cotton Farm is steps away from the Annapuri Gondola, but aside from that, the Staff- Yu & Yuki- the owners are the most accommodating, kind, and fun hosts we've ever experienced. We travel all over the world and will be keeping in touch with Yu & Yuki like family. The food is exceptional, the atmosphere is warm, and we will always stay here when traveling in Niseko. Highly Highly recommend!
