10.0This is a proper hotel, conveniently located on a hill between manali and old manali near hadimba temple. Room is extremely spacious with a sofa and another sitting area. Nice view of the surroundings. Good choice of food, swimming pool, bequtiful garden and a lounge. We alao used the laundery service. Altough it was summer, we accepted the managers offer to light a fire in our in room fireplace which was another nice touch to this perfect stay.
− The downside of being located on a hill away from the hsustling center is that you need to climb a little by foot (or by Riksha)

10.0Manali as a place was extremely dirty, polluted, crowded. We went for a family holiday and The Himalyan came to our rescue. As a family with kids, it was almost impossible to venture out due to traffic/crowd. We spend almost the entire 4 days within the property. Luckily food, service, rooms, view, etc. was great!

Unique buildings with great view!
10.0Absolutely fabulous! Super helpful staff. Nothing too difficult. Any problem got fixed immediately. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool. Unexpected upgrade to a cottage. Great views over Menali. Would definitely go back.
