Awful, dirty hotel and rude staff
2.0Check-in process slow - took half an hour to get checked in and we were the only customers. Very unfriendly staff, especially on the front desk. Room was dirty with stains on the sheets. The toilet in one of our rooms didn’t flush. The air conditioning unit was so loud that we had to switch it off and it then made a clanking sound as if there was an animal inside it. Hot stuffy room - filthy windows. No towels, soap or tea/coffee (there was a kettle). We asked for bottled water and they arrived with no seal so obviously take straight from the tap so undrinkable. General area like a war zone - half expected Kate Aidie to pop her head up it was so bad.

2.0I will state this again. My room was full of bedbugs. If you can't publish the truth, why are you asking for my review?
Bed bugs was the final straw!
2.0This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in where the beds were full of bed bugs! Killing them left blood stains all over the sheets. This is after they did not have my Hotels.com reservation...after they found it and put me in the wrong room and had to move me after an hour (paid for AC but room had no AC)...I am not happy. :(

8.0Juste une nuit pour se rapprocher de l'aéroport, mais en fait le quartier était plutôt agréable pour s'y promener. L'hôtel est très correct et le service diligent.
