− Room was not "Superior", just ordinary and bog standard. Price was astronomical. Plus despite boasting of £4.4 milluon refurbishment, no air conditioning! Overall crap, plus would not accept tedponsibilty for their damage to my car in their car park, whuch wilk cost me circa £1k! Altogethet, a very poor and expensive break!

Perfect location with great staff and comfortable rooms.
10.0The staff very very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were really great with plenty of choices and served to the table as well as the buffet table. Rooms were well equipped and very comfortable. Location was perfect for what we wanted. On a direct bus route to the main attractions.

4.0Breakfast was great. Staff very helpful
− Our room was very hot after a day that wasn’t exceedingly hot. We could only open the windows a little, the support arms needed maintenance. The bed which was only a double I suspect was old, the old springs type which was quite bouncy. Sleep quality poor. Staff did not want to move us to another room.
