Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location
9.0Beautiful location, looking down into the river, in the heart of Kelso, lovely old building, pleasant room. Very helpful staff. Continental breakfast was good.
− The staff were overworked and doing their best but ordering anything, drink in particular, took a lot of time. The meals at dinner were disappointing, I would not eat there in the evening again.

− We stayed in an exceptionaly hot room. A fan was provided which was 100% necessary to survive the heat.
