− No outlets in restroom, and side entrances did not work using the key.

− No elevator. Conditioner in bathroom empty. Did not get sheets changed for the next day
Really bad
1.0We did not stay at the hotel because we didn’t feel comfortable or safe . Upon arrival there was a strong smell of marijuana, and there were people yelling and screaming nearby. The overall atmosphere felt unsafe and unsettling . As a result we decided not to stay and ended up booked another hotel for the night.Overall it was frightening experience and not what we expected.
− Unsafe we were concerned that our car could be broken into, which added to our fear and discomfort
