− Que la tv de mi recamara no funcionó y aunque fue em equipo de mantenimiento no pudieron darle solución, al igual que tarde más de 12 hrs esperando a que me apoyaran para un reporte del baño de mi habitación.

6.0La comida está bien, aunque el hotel necesita una remodelación urgente, el primer día no funcionaba la puerta del baño, el segundo día no funcionó la televisión y el tercer día no tuvimos electricidad en la habitación.

9.0Staff was amazing and kind. The shows were great, and an amazing way to close up the day. The beach is quite private, so not much people or people selling things. The food is great, and there is so much of it.
