The hot tub and pool were great after a day of strenuous hiking.

− It was a dirty room with bad smell from the linings, dirty towels, bags and spices all over the place and the next day we ran out of hot water but they didn't have a handy man to fix it and they didnt have a spare room to give us to get shower so we just got shower in a cold water me, my spouse and 2 kids. Never been in such a dirty and disgusting place. Just stay away from this place

4.0Bed was comfortable, parking easy and location great.
− Unit was dirty, towels were dirty, doors were dirty, trash left on the floor and maintenance was lacking.
We chose this hotel to stay at after driving through North Cascades National Park.
4.0We stayed in room # 120 which is a deluxe king room for $159.99/$178.07. The TV didn't work properly, The front desk clerk came to our room and couldn't resolve the issue. The door to the room did not seal very well. The bed pillows where thin, so I has to use two. One of our washcloths was made of cotton-polyester blend which was fine but the other two where made out of a polyester microfiber, which I did not care for. The shower handle was mounted wrong. To get hot water, you had to turn the handle to cold in order to take a shower. The window in the room was cracked on the outside. My husband had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and coffee for breakfast. I had a waffle with a sausage link.
