10.0Fantastic hotel, it has a very cool vibe and is in a great location only a 10 minute walk from Waterloo and right on the riverside. The staff were amazing, customer service was excellent. The room was so comfortable, the bed was huge with super soft sheets and the marble bathroom was gorgeous with lovely products to use and a big, powerful shower. We will definitely be back!

9.0Staff very good, clean hotel and room, comfy bed. Chef didn’t hesitate over fried eggs for my wife and myself definitely being spoilt, thank you!!
− Corridors a little dark, new restaurant for breakfast staff did very well for first use, on paper it probably looks fine but in practice needs refining, not enough room to pass people at some points, first days really could have done with some more team members working, those that were there working way too hard to keep it moving. But well done to them all.
Stylish hotel in great location on South Bank
9.0Good location for London South Bank (Waterloo Station and Tate Modern). Funky nautical design in public areas. Nice spacious modern room, comfortable bed and quiet location. Good (but not great) breakfast in the new Gordon Ramsey Restaurant.
− It wasn't cheap but probably good value for the location. The view from our room was of an internal courtyard.

Debit and credit cards will be pre-authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount of GBP 100 per room per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Pre-authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. Children can be accommodated in rooms subject to bedding. Pets are allowed but only in certain room categories and with the below conditions: - Animal must weigh 20lbs / 9.1kg or less. - GBP 100 nonrefundable deposit will be collected upon arrival. - Contract/Waiver must be signed upon arrival. - Pets are not allowed in the bars or restaurants. - Pets may not be unattended in guest rooms. Please note, the card holder and the same card used to make the booking must be present at check-in. If the card is not presented, the property will require another payment method. Smoking, including the smoking of e-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited everywhere on our premises, except for the patios of Superior Patio Rooms. Please note that, in case a guest if found smoking in our premises, a fine of £350 will be applied to the bill. You may smoke on the terrace of the 12th Knot bar from the opening time of the venue until 10.00 p.m. Smoking is also permitted on the river walk alongside the hotel, and cigarette posts are available for guests’ use. From July 2023 a discretionary 5% accommodations service charge will be added to your bill on check-out. This is distributed among our staff. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
