3.0− Understaffed, long front desk wait times, no service at the bar, left stuff in our room and mysteriously they were unable to find something simple. We followed instructions to submit an online claim thru a vague 3rd party website leftmystuff.com and no follow up from the hotel. Left a voicemail for the operations mgr per the front desk and did not receive a call back. Elevators are extremely. slow.
Great stay in city of Baltimore
10.0Very accommodating, easy check in, beautiful fresh room. We had a great stay. The only thing I would improve are the breakfast options.
