I did not stay there was told I would get a refund spoke to different people at the hotel and booking both said it was canceled and would get refund and nothing. I stayed the week before this was booked accidentally! No help from anyone and that’s because I stay there quite often! I expected better

Great customer service and clean room.

Overall it was a great place to stay while our homes AC was being repaired.

Room was large and clean and fairly quiet despite being right off of a highway

− When we checked in we walked in on two staff members that seemed to be having an argument. Linda was the name of the one working the desk and she was far from friendly.

bar staff and check in staff very friendly along with the cleaning ladies. but there was this one big man that was working one night out of the 3 nights we were there we chilled in the lobby while kids played in pool, & we had music on but nothing loud at all we could barely even hear it ourselves but he came in yelling not asking but yelling that we needed to turn the music off and keep the noise down because it was “quiet time” then he went out yelling at the people that were in the pool area, no one was in the pool by this time but in the area to see the fireworks and he went out yelling at them! as much as we would have loved to put this guy in his place we weren’t there to act out in front of our kids! we sent them up to the rooms after this because had he yelled at them the way he did us that would have been a big problem! he needs to learn how to speak to people and ask nicely, god forbid one day he meets his match. along w that, you had another staff member who was mopping (long haired guy) who told one of the kids they could not come into the lobby wet!!! mind you, the pool is located right outside the lobby area, you have to walk through the lobby to get to your room!! so ofc one of the parents did address that immediately & he apologized. there are no signs anywhere that state this btw.

Beds were uncomfortable, A/C Thermostat did not work, shower door did not close properly leading to water on floor,
