Staff was nice but the poor management and filth of property were inexcusable.
2.0We didn’t eat breakfast there. We went to a full service restaurant for breakfast each morning.
− I went to work out room the first day we were there. The same dead cockroaches that were on the floor day one were there each of the next five days. The place was filthy! Likewise, the cigarette butts scattered on the property were never touched during our stay. Also, when we got to our room upon arrival, it had water standing in the bedroom as well as on the bathroom floor. I reported this immediately and had to go back two more times to management. After about an hour, a member of the staff brought a mop and mopped it up.
Overall my room was clean , comfortable and very spacious
