− formato de check in. Mesmo fazendo toda reserva pelo app do booking com todos os dados de cliente genius 3, ainda pediram um papel de autorização para faturamento no cartão cadastrado. uma burocracia gigante.

− Não é uma crítica. A noite de sono foi difícil devido ao colchão ser de molas. Costumo dormir com colchão de espuma, mas confesso que não perguntei com antecedência.
