We loved our short stay at Balcon and would happily stay there again.
9.0Location, ease of parking, staff was very friendly and helpful. Their sister hotel’s restaurant (1/2 block away) offers phenomenal breakfast.
− Nothing we “didn’t like”, exactly. But the bed and couch were not the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. Would have no hesitation to stay here again.

2.0Los garrafones que tienen en las áreas en común para tomar agua, están sucios todos, se ve que los rellenan y no los lavan, tienen hongos, tome fotos, lo reporte y sin el más mínimo asombro contestan! Ok, lo reportamos.. pero no los cambian, no dan alternativas y si así están los garrafones ya no quiero pensar en todo lo demás. Mala experiencia,
