6.0Pros: El personal que atiende el lugar siempre fue muy atento a nuestras solicitudes. El hotel es muy céntrico y las áreas comunes son muy bonitas. Excelente relación precio-calidad. Contras: Los cuartos tienen un poco de humedad, las sábanas tenían algunas manchas sospechosas, las toallas del baño tenían como polvo del respirador que estaba justo arriba de ellas, el cubrecamas estaba lleno de hormigas muestras cuando entré en la habitación. Podrían mejorar todos estos detalles.

10.0Casa Carmen has the most friendliest staff, they’ll help you with anything you need.The beds are super comfortable and big. It’s super close to downtown and you can walk to restaurants close by. The property is beautiful and great for pictures.
