8.0Enjoyed our stay , staff are so nice and helpful Emin in the restaurant was lovely and so attentive ,Lily in the bar was always chatty and getting our drinks. We were there for a week and couldn't get a lounger by the pool , people out at 4am blocking beds , and beds lying all day with towels and not even used. So annoying. Lots of guests unhappy. The life guard at the pontoon was very helpful he always got us a lounger. Only problem there was lots of people smoking and vaping on the pontoon even although its a non smoking area , again lots of unhappy guests. We are returning next year and hopefully the hotel will have addressed these issues.

10.0we had an amazing experience spending our holiday there. Amazing people, second to none food and service and everyone is so friendly and nice. They even left a private letter celebrating my birthday to my room. We will definitely go back.
