− The rooms were not sound proof, road works and external noise was an issue, breakfast was expensive for the quality, would not get breakfast with accommodation deal

− Tried to book breakfast but couldn’t so then we were charged the higher ‘walk in’ price. The breakfast is not worth the price

10.0Conveniently located, within walking distance of Civic shops. Excellent hotel with well-sized rooms & dining available at Marble & Grain. Friendly staff.
Close to Everything

Location was everything otherwise not worth the money even though I paid at a 50% discount rate
4.0Location was everything, easy walking distance to food and entertainment
− Textured coloured shower tile was mouldy - once you saw it you couldn't unsee it, extractor fan in bathroom did not work - bathroom so wet after a shower condensation made it not unusable. Bed so soft that sleeping with a partner would be impossible and it gave me a sore back anyway. Internet was slow even though they called it fast - So restricted it's unusable as they want you to pay for any service it provides - they make you route your own streaming devices through their network server - so much for privacy. Coffee machine - coffee cups don't fit as there to big. No mobile phone signal (or so low no bars) in room I could not use my own data on phone.
